Welcome to another gaming “Sneak Peek”
This year, the globally-popular and well-loved online racing game Need For Speed CD KEY will finally hit the PC platform as its developer Ghost Games and publisher Electronic Arts releases a Microsoft Windows version of the game. Initially released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 2015, Need For Speed is the game franchise’s second installment for eight generation consoles and the first ever that supports 4K on the PC. The game will be released on March 15 for the US market and March 17 everywhere else, with a special preview release for Origin (Electronic Arts’s Digital Rights Management or DRM platform) users on March 10.
What’s on PC Version?
Originally set for an earlier release, Need For Speed CD KEY for PC release was moved to 2016 to give way for Ghost Games to develop the game’s frame rate and resolution. The PC version of the game will come with a 4k resolution and an unlocked framerate, giving it an ultimately realistic look and experience. More than that, the game will also have another feature that supporters have been requesting in forums and communities — Manual Wheel Transmission. This feature will also be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One format in the near future. Need For Speed for PC will also have steering wheel support for numerous wheels manufacturers such as Thrustmaster, Logitech, and Fanatec. One greatest feature, however, of the game is the inclusion of fan requests such as the return of legendary characters Eddie and Melissa (from NFS: Underground), relaunch of classic NFS music (like NFS 1994’s Aquila 303 and NFS Most Wanted’s I Am Rock), and tons of customization items (113 to be exact!)
One downside of the Need For Speed (2016) though, (where the PC version is technically included) is the internet connection requirement. Unlike previous versions where online connection is just an add-on, internet access is mandatory for the new series. Although game patrons initially disliked this feature, game designers explained the need for constant online connection in the game so players can enjoy real time rewards such as Experience Points, Rep Points, and in-game money.
Standart or Deluxe?
Aside from the Standard Edition, Ghost Games and Electronic Arts will also release a Deluxe Edition of the game. This edition will have access to several special features and additional content. This includes a lifetime discount on all in-game purchases, exclusive VIP icons, additional car customization features, and earlier access to a limited edition BMW M3 car model.
Need for Speed PC Requirements
The game will require at least a Windows 7 or higher operating system, 6GB RAM for memory, and 30GB free hard disk space and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB, AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB, or equivalent DX11 compatible GPU with 2GB of memory, to enjoy the game in 720p30 display.
